Hi, I'm Matt! I love using my camera to create meaningful media with my clients.

Growing up, I loved making skits with my cousins. We did reenactments of movies and shows. With the record and stop feature of our flip-phone, we even made trick-films that rivaled the work of Georges Méliès. What started as a past-time with my friends and family, has turned into my life's passion. 

In high school, I learned there was a career to be had with a camera. I made several videos to promote events and highlight clubs. In community college, I learned production etiquette and how to work with a team. In university, I studied theory and earned my post-production certification. 

After graduating, I worked in a photo studio taking portraits of families and children. Here I began to appreciate the value that a camera can bring to my community. I enjoyed seeing glimpses of happy homes through my viewfinder. As an assistant editor for a marketing company, I learned valuable advertising techniques and efficient post-production workflow.

Presently, I have translated my skills into  freelance photography and videography. I enjoy adapting my gear to fit the needs of each project. I specialize in promotional content in order to elevate the small businesses and public health programs in my community.
